Vampire Survivors is a hit indie roguelike shoot-em-up, that will quench your thirst for killing vampiric spawns.
The game has already generated more than $20 million in revenue.
According to an anonymous source, the game sold over two million copies in the first 21 days.
This vampire shooting game has become the most influential in the genre. Like others of its type, the goal is to
simply survive as long as possible as hoards of vampires surround you to feast on your blood.
Gamers who are a fan of infinite bullets really seem to take to this game in an addicting fashion.
If you're uninitiated, imagine yourself on a huge open soccer field without lines and about 30-40 creatures are closing in around you,
and there's absolutely nowhere to hide. All you have in that intense moment are essentially infinite projectiles and the will to live.
People love testing themselves in this way, and as a bonus, it can build strong finger muscles.
Gameplay is relatively simple, but the amount of pixels flying across your screen can permanently change you.
I don't think I'd play it if I were prone to seizures let's say. Other than that, it's a marvelous display.
The music in the game has also become adored. It's the kind of music you can listen to on repeat and never tire of it,
so long as the bullets keep flying at blood thirsty creatures.
The developer Poncle has lately been on a trench coat mission to implement co-op.
Gamers wanted to join forces with other gamers online in a bad way, to fight back against
vicious vampires, who just don't ever seem satisfied.
Now groups of up to four people can fight together against vampires,
the way that vampire fighting was intended to happen since atleast medieval times.
For the unforeseeable future, Vampire Survivors will remain as the top genre influencer.
Vampire killing fans seem to be roaming everywhere on a mission to end Dracula.
It's not the first rougelike of its kind, but it's the most played currently.
Many vampire surviving gamers have reported that they have even purchased the same game multiple times,
so they can play it on all their systems. That's a strong calling for killing mythical creatures.
